Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7-15 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM (Turkey Time) will be processed on the next business day. If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer standard and express shipping options, with costs varying by destination:

• To Europe: Standard shipping costs $9.99 USD, while express shipping is $19.99 USD.
• To the Middle East: Standard shipping is $12.99 USD, and express shipping is $22.99 USD.
• To the USA & Canada: Standard shipping is $14.99 USD, with express shipping at $24.99 USD.
• To the Rest of the World: Standard shipping costs $19.99 USD, while express shipping is $29.99 USD.

Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over $100 USD. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and destination, but standard shipping usually takes 7-15 business days, while express shipping takes 3-7 business days.

3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide, but customers outside Turkey may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country. These costs are not included in your order total and must be paid upon delivery.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier’s website or our Order Tracking Page. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us at n.abukhail@hotmail.com.

5. Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable during delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave a delivery notice. If your package is returned due to repeated missed delivery attempts, additional reshipment fees may apply.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost during transit, contact us immediately, and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue. If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos and email us within 48 hours of delivery at n.abukhail@hotmail.com. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "delivered" by the courier.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses. Some countries may have restrictions on importing specific products, so please check with your local customs office before placing an order.

Refund policy

We have 14-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
